Wine Glass Tags

I took elements of both of the wine tags and stitched them onto leftover perforated paper. Then I cut out one square away from the design. Be sure to use small scissors and that you have not already drank the contents of your wine glass. I made cut outs with acid free card stock using Lifestyle Crafts and Spellbinders die cuts and glued everything with Acid Free Tacky Glue. I recommend laminating them both to preserve them and to prevent wine spills. Use 1/8" satin ribbon to tie bow.
