You can get the chart for this design at your local cross stitch store. This chart has two versions of this design. One that is almost all cross stitch, and one that has both beads and counted cross stitch. Above are ideas for finishing your pieces.

To mount stitched version on fabric: I used Needle Art Peel and Stick Mounting Board for Textile Art

I used cording I made on both designs. To make cording, cut equal lengths of DMC Black 310 and DMC 703 about three times as long as you want your hanger to be. Then find a friend who can hold one end and twist in one direction until cord kinks and wants to fold in on itself. Fold it in half, smooth, and secure ends so it doesn't unwind.

For the treat bag I used instructions from www.cluckclucksew.com/2009/10/easy-treat-bag-tutorial.html and made the straps go the opposite way so kids can take their treat bag to loot their neighbors and simply open it up and have the treats dumped in.
